Warranty Coverage

Products sold on Planet Telecom are covered only by the original warranty provided by the manufacturer or brand distributor. Planet Telecom does not offer any additional warranty of its own. For specific warranty details, customers must refer to the product page or the documentation included with the product. Warranty eligibility, duration, and coverage terms vary by brand and product type.

Warranty Process

If a purchased product develops a fault and falls within the warranty period as defined by the manufacturer, the item must be taken to or processed through the authorized service center listed by the brand. The manufacturer or distributor will assess the product and, if eligible, proceed with repair or replacement in accordance with their policy. Planet Telecom is not responsible for warranty validation, repair processing, or turnaround times.

Important Notes

Warranty claims require the original invoice for verification. Any warranty support is subject to the terms and limitations imposed by the product’s brand. Repairs or replacements made under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period. Items such as packaging accessories, free gifts, or consumables may not be covered unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, software modifications, water or physical damage, power fluctuations, environmental conditions, or if the serial number or IMEI has been tampered with or removed. Malfunctions caused by third-party software or accessories are also not covered.

Service Responsibility

All warranty repairs are handled exclusively by the brand’s authorized service centers. Planet Telecom is not involved in the repair process, does not replace items, and cannot influence repair timelines. Customers may be required to directly contact the service center for follow-ups, clarifications, or escalations.
