Planet Telecom offers delivery across specified regions in the UAE and aims to dispatch orders promptly. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. We also offer express delivery within Dubai, with an estimated delivery time of within 12 hours for orders above AED 1,000. This service is available in select areas only—please contact our customer care team to confirm availability and exact timelines for your location. Orders above AED 500 qualify for free delivery. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, you will be notified accordingly.
7. Store Pickup
Planet Telecom offers a convenient Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our physical location. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be ready for pickup within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive a notification by email or SMS as soon as your order is available for collection. At the time of pickup, you are required to present a valid form of identification along with proof of purchase. Please ensure that your order is collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification, as uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Store Pickup is only available during standard store operating hours.
