Refund and Returns
Eligibility for Return/Refund
Items purchased from Planet Telecom are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date. All returns must be brought in person to our physical store, as we do not currently offer courier pick-up services for returns. Products eligible for return include mobile phones, laptops, wearables, watches, and other electronics, provided they are not used, damaged, or altered in any way. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with the outer brand packaging, tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and all original accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are damaged by the customer, used, or different from what was originally delivered are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items returned after the 7-day window or items not purchased from Planet Telecom will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in the same condition as received, was not damaged while in the customer’s possession, and matches the item that was originally shipped. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note.
How to Return
To initiate a return, customers must first send an email to [email protected] with their order details, including the invoice and reason for return. Once the request is reviewed, our team will provide confirmation and instructions. After that, the item must be physically brought back to our store along with the original purchase invoice for the return to be processed. Returns will not be accepted without prior email communication and store drop-off.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has passed a quality check, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or card statement. Refunds—whether in cash or card—are issued only after the product has been received and approved at our store.
Important Notice
Planet Telecom does not accept the return of any product that was not originally purchased from us. Any unrelated, incorrect, or incomplete items sent to us will not be processed or returned.
