Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and the invoice. Returns must be brought in person to our store. We do not offer courier pick-up services for returns.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once confirmed by our team, you’ll need to bring the item and original invoice to our store for processing.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Payments & Security
We accept credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping
Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 2 to 5 working days. In Dubai, we offer an express delivery option for orders above AED 1,000, subject to area availability.
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders above AED 500.
